You will be offered a club that gives you a great opportunity to make a difference, develop, and contribute to public health from children to seniors. As an administrator within Linköping Gymnastics Society (LGS), you will work on behalf of the board with various tasks both in our office and out in our groups.

Your main responsibilities are:

• Operations and leadership development (introduction, leader contact and guidance, scheduling, developing and following up: operational plans, training plans, and guidelines)

• Finance (membership fees, grants, leader fees, bookkeeping)

• Communication and marketing (contact with leaders, members, and collaborating clubs, managing the website and social media, working with digitalization)

• Membership administration (managing membership registers)

• Group administration (room bookings, scheduling, license management)

About you

We are looking for someone who is structured, communicative, pedagogical, and service-oriented. You enjoy having order and can handle various tasks simultaneously. You have the ability to work independently and deliver on time. You are a proficient computer user and familiar with various digital platforms and environments, as well as having basic administrative and financial knowledge.

We place great importance on your personal qualities as you will be the face of the association.

Other

The position is a permanent employment at 100% that begins with a 6-month probationary period. A collective agreement exists through Unionen and AGA. The position requires working during the day and, if necessary, some evenings and weekends. You will report to the chairperson of the steering group.
